Bring Your Dog to Work Day - Get Involved.

On Friday June 23rd, the UK's fourth official Bring Your Dog to Work Day takes place! All businesses taking part will allow their dog owning employees to bring their best friends into the workplace and raise money for charity. Organised by HOWND, the two animal welfare charities who will benefit from the fundraiser are All Dogs Matter and Animals Asia.

At Trophy Pet Foods we are delighted to be official sponsors of Bring Your Dog to Work Day. So how can you join in?

As a dog owner you can donate and, with your employer's permission, bring your dog to work for the day! A £2 minimum donation is suggested, for which you can also upload a photo of your new canine co-worker for the day in the Dog with a Job Hall of Fame. For a £5 donation you will also be entered into a prize draw. Here's how.

Or you can raise your own funds for your chosen charity, using the day to create a workplace event. You could even ask a local Trophy Nutritional Adviser to visit your workplace and give an informal talk on dog nutrition.

You can share the awareness on social media, even if it is not possible for you to take your dog to work. Photos can be shared on your social media platforms as well as uploading them to the Dog with a Job Hall of Fame - use the hashtag #BringYourDogToWorkDay. Last year this hashtag trended on twitter - think of the fame!
