In March and April, we asked our customers to complete a survey, asking various questions on the services and products we provide, here at Trophy Pet Foods.
It gives us great delight to now share these results with you. We know our products and services are very good, but it makes us very proud to see our customers agree with us!
Here is the first question we asked:
Overall, how satisfied, or dissatisfied are you with your experience of using our pet foods and our local delivery service?
98.25% of our customers were Very Satisfied!
